1/11/03 - Happy New Year!! First off - we'd like to extend a super-huge thanks to the 1,400 + people who came out to the Xmas show at Clutch Cargo's! It was awesome and we totally appreciate the support from everyone! We'd like to thank Rise Against and Few And Far Between for playing excellent sets! The release date for the new record on SideOneDummy has been set for Tues. June 17th.
We're extremely pleased to announce that Detroit area artist extraordinaire Jime Litwalk will be doing the artwork for the upcoming record. You can check out some of his work at www.eskustoms.com.
The unreleased Suicide Machines track entitled "4" will be included on the upcoming Atticus - Dragging The Lake II compilation. The release date for the comp. is March 18th. For more info. go to www.sideonedummy.com.
"The Giant Rock 'N' Roll Swindle" comp. from Shepard Fairey's Obey Giant Artwork is available on their website. It contains the previously unreleased Suicide Machines track "Perseverance". For more info., a complete track listing, and how to get it - go to www.obeygiant.com. Shepard did the artwork for the "Battle Hymns" record in 1998.

12/15/02 - The 2002 Japanese Tour went awesome and the band is now back in the States preparing for the Annual Xmas show in Detroit. The show is at Clutch Cargo's in Pontiac on Sat., Dec. 28th w/Rise Against and Few And Far Between. Doors are early at 5:00 PM. Be there or be square and bring a friend! Recording plans at The Blasting Room are set for March 2003 and the release
date for the new album on SideOneDummy is slated for the first week of June. We now have an Official Japanese Website. You can check it out at www.suicidemachinesjapan.com.
Check out the Merchandise Section of this website. We now have some items for sale and we will be adding more periodically. Possibly, later on, we will update the section with a shopping cart and PayPal. But, for now, orders will be taken only by mail and payment will only be accepted by M.O. in U.S. or U.S. transferable funds.
The Shepard Fairey Obey Artwork Compilation is now out. The previously unreleased Suicide Machines track "Perseverance" is included on the comp. Pick it up or ask for it at your local independent record store. That's all for now. Thanks for the continued support!
The Suicide Machines have changed labels and are now on SideOneDummy Records. The next album will be recorded at The Blasting Room in Ft. Collins, CO. w/Bill Stevenson and should be out in the Spring of 2003. Plans for the rest of 2002 include a 5 date tour of Japan in mid-November and our annual Xmas show in Detroit.

Also - "The Least Worst of The Suicide Machines" comp. was released in September on Hollywood Records. It's definitely worth picking up as it contains songs off of our last 4 records and some unreleased material. 30 songs in all.

We will be updating this site with new info. on a monthly basis.
